Our refurbished units are pre-owned machines that undergo full inspection, testing, repair, and certification. We guarantee they meet rigorous performance standards before listing.
A new copier has never been used and comes directly from the manufacturer. A refurbished copier has been restored, serviced, and tested to operate like new and often at a lower cost and with shorter lead time.
Yes. We provide a 45-day warranty on most of our refurbished copiers (unless otherwise stated). If the unit is defective, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you, depending on the issue. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to report problems.
We typically ship copiers within 1–3 business days after order placement. Delivery to most U.S. addresses takes 5–10 business days. Accessories and smaller items may ship in 3–7 days. (Note: we presently ship within the continental U.S. only.)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the copier’s weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. For large freight items, the carrier will quote rates relevant to your location.
Please inspect the machine immediately upon delivery. If there is shipping damage or defects, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description. We’ll coordinate with the carrier for resolution, and if covered, arrange for replacement or refund.
Yes. returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the copier is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged beyond normal testing. Some restrictions apply (see Return Policy below). Consumables like toner cannot be returned once opened.
Contact us at sales@refurbishedcopiers.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We’ll provide instructions on how to pack and ship the copier back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned copier, we issue refunds via the original payment method within 10 business days. Note: if the return is allowed, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs (unless the unit is defective) are not refundable.
