1. Use of Website
   o  You must be 18 or older to make purchases.
   o  You agree not to misuse our website (e.g., hacking, unauthorized reselling of products).
   o  All content, including product descriptions and images, is owned by Refurbished Copiers and protected by U.S. copyright law.

2. Orders and Payments
   o  All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.
   o  Payment methods include credit cards, financing, or approved purchase orders. Full payment is required before shipment.
   o  Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

3. Warranty and Liability
   o  Refurbished copiers come with a 45-day limited warranty, covering parts and labor for manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for details.
   o  We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from copier use.
   o  Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

4. Governing Law
   o  These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.
   o  Disputes will be resolved in North Carolina courts.

5. Changes to Terms
   o  We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.
