Return Policy

At refurbishedcopiers.com, we want you to be satisfied with your refurbished copier. Here’s our return policy:

  1. Return Eligibility
    o  Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for copiers in original condition with packaging.
    o  Copiers must be unused and free of damage beyond normal wear from testing.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    o  Custom-configured copiers or those marked “Final Sale” are not returnable.
    o  Consumables (e.g., toner) are not returnable if opened.

  3. Refund Process
    o  Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
    o  A 25% restocking fee may apply.
    o  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the copier is defective.

  4. Defective Products
    o  Defective copiers are covered under our [45-day] warranty. Contact support@refurbishedcopiers.com within 48 hours of delivery to report issues.
    o  We’ll provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

  5. How to Return
    o  Email salest@refurbishedcopiers.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    o  EPack the copier securely and include the RMA number.
