Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods
   o  We ship via trusted and insured freight carriers
   o  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days for copiers, 3–7 days for accessories.

2. Shipping Costs
   o  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on copier weight, destination, and method.

3. Shipping Restrictions
   o  We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. Contact us for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

4. Order Processing
   o  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped.

5. Damaged or Losts Shipments
   o  Inspect your copier upon delivery. Report damage within 48 hours to sales@refurbishedcopiers.com with photos.
   o  We’ll work with the carrier to resolve issues and provide replacements if needed.

6. Address Accuracy
   o  Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
